A bulk hot chocolate mix recipe like the one below probably won’t win any culinary awards, but the local Boy Scout Troop will probably think it’s dandy! This is a similar recipe to our Camp Hot Chocolate. Try them both and see which you like better. We’re pretty sure your little campers will like either one.
Bulk Hot Chocolate Mix Recipe
10 c powdered milk
1/2 c cocoa
1 1/2 c powdered sugar (or less, to taste)
2 lb instant chocolate milk mix (Nestle Quik, for example)
6 oz powdered cream
Instructions
Mix and store in an airtight container.
When you are ready to make and serve it, use about 1/4 cup of mix per cup of hot water. Don’t forget to top with marshmallows!
