2 bars unperfumed cream bath soap (about 8 ounces)
1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 teaspoons walnut oil, hazelnut oil, or almond extract
40 drops orange, peppermint, coconut, or chocolate fragrance oil
5 Tablespoons mineral water or bottled water
Grate the bath soap, or grind in a food processor. In glass mixing bowl, mix the soap, cocoa, cinnamon, and oils. Heat the water until hot, but not boiling. Add to the mixture and knead to form a dough. Divide mixture into 4 – 6 portions, roll into balls, then flatten slightly. Allow to dry on wax paper, about 2 -3 days. Makes a nice gift when placed in a paper muffin cup, dusted with cocoa powder, and wrapped in plastic wrap. Makes 4-6 soaps.
