A slight variation to the “Your Choice” basic chocolate fondue recipe recipe, this dark chocolate fondue recipe makes for a little richer flavor.
You can really use whatever type of chocolate you like. Keep in mind that the quality of the chocolate you use will really influence the final product, so make sure to choose a chocolate that tastes good straight out of the package.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup heavy cream
12 ounces dark chocolate, grated
approx. 1/2 teaspoon flavoring of your choice
Instructions:
Warm cream over low heat, then slowly mix in chocolate until melted.
Remove from heat and add flavoring.
Transfer to serving pot.
