2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky, if you like more crunch)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Stir until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper and let cool; you can refrigerate to speed this up.
